My name is Tatum Juhnke. I started the Corbin Wayne Foundation in hopes of helping other kids and teens involved in any off-road accidents.

All stickers are made from Decal Works and the cartoons are designed by creator and designer, Tiny Terrors/BReesGrafix. All proceeds will go to kids and teens involved in off-road accidents and I will also be buying helmets for kids that I will give away personally!!

Corbin Wayne Goforth was tragically killed in an off-road UTV accident August 24, 2023. He had no helmet, no seatbelt and no parental supervision. I was at work this day while my son was with "trusted" people who ended up not be so trusting after all.

I want to help kids and teens in the ways my son was not! Helmet safety is no joke, and we need to pay more attention to them when they operate any off-road vehicle.

This is what The Corbin Wayne Foundation is all about! I just want to be an advocate for making sure our kids heads are protected. This young lady is a trooper. I wanted to do something special for her and I’m so very thankful her parents were on board!!

Protecting your noggin on any off-road vehicle is a must! I’m a huge fan of @6dhelmets and have been wearing them for a few years now. I personally had my live saved by one of these helmets in 2024 and I HIGHLY recommend them to ANY person getting into any riding of any sort. I will only be giving away these helmets because I believe in their safety and want to make sure I am giving kids/teens the protection they deserve!!!

All proceeds go to kids/teens involved in any off-road accidents without helmets. My goal is to help as many kids, teens and families as I can and get the message to anyone I to PLEASE, put helmets on your kids/teens.

Keeping a watchful eye on your kids/teens operating any off-road vehicles should be a MUST as well. I understand that everyone wants to have a good time when they are camping, racing, free riding and etc. But thinking about the big picture, PAY ATTENTION!

If your kid/teen is with other adults/guardians who are operating off-road vehicles, make sure you trust them with your heart and soul to TRULY watch over them.

Lastly, I will also be purchasing helmets for kids/teens and giving them away personally. If my son’s story can help save at least 1 kids life, we have succeeded❕

I’ve been riding dirtbikes the majority of my life. I started racing at a young age and was always told and taught, to put on a helmet.

My son was smart, funny, athletic and so much more but he was not a dare devil. He was gifted a bike when he had gotten a bit older and rode it around open land, hills and the occasionally dirtbike track.

UTV’s are very common in Montana especially when you have a ranch, land and etc. My son has been around “side by sides” his whole life and he knew the rules he was given and from what I understood, he followed them.

August 24, 2023, My son was killed in a UTV accident. He had NO PARENTAL SUPERVISION, NO HELMET, NO SEATBELT and was all alone. He was not checked on for 7 hours, his body ended up going into rigor-mortis. He was allowed to go alone in a UTV and no one cared to check on him or look for him. The family involved will not be mentioned in any of my posts, legally I’m not allowed to and they don’t want people to know what they’ve done. So don’t even try to pull any bullshit, I’m following the rules. 👍🏻

Corbin Wayne Goforth was 11 years old when he died. All because no one made him wear a helmet, a seatbelt or wanted to take the time to watch him!!

Your life can change in a blink of an eye! Please, watch over your kids when they operate ANY off-road vehicle, make them wear helmets and seatbelts!

The Consumer Product Safety Commission states that as of May 30, 2024 there has been a 31% increase in deaths to children under the age of 16 operating ATV’s and Side by Sides. Report also shows that 123 children under the age of 16 and 46 children under the age of 12 died in OHV in 2020. More than 11,000 non-fatal injuries to children and teens occur annually in ATV/UTV related incidents. Head injuries, brain injuries, multi organ trauma are the leading causes of death ATV/UTV accidents involving children.

PLEASE! Watch over your children when they operate any motorized vehicle or truly TRUST the people your child is with while operating off-road vehicles and I beg you to please, PUT HELMETS ON YOUR KIDS!!
